Fantastic

Owned a Google WiFi and was completely unsatisfied with the setup. The dual band was capped at 500mbps and one hop away saw speed drops of up to 80%. The orbi has had none of these issues. One hop away and I still have 90% the speed off the router and the setup was a breeze. My only complaint is that remote management and port forwarding are not as straight forward as I'd like but it's such a small part of the overall package.

Solid Replacement for Aging Apple Airport Extreme

I was looking for a replacement for my aging Apple Airport. After doing a significant amount of research, I decided on the Netgear Orbi Home Mesh WiFi System (RBK50). Installation was easy and the coverage improvement through out our 3 level house (4,500 SF) with just one satellite is very good. Besides the coverage improvement, the throughput was a major upgrade to my Apple Airport Extreme (802.11AC). I strongly recommend it.

Great wifi mesh system

I purchased the Orbi because my old wifi router wasn't able to reach all the areas in my 4000 sq ft house. I did some research and many reviews recommended the Orbi over other wifi mesh systems. After purchasing and installing the Orbi system, I am happy with the results. I don't have any issues connecting anywhere in my home and the garage is covered as well for my Rachio irrigation system. Overall, I give the Orbi 5 stars.

Orbi Rocks!

I purchased and installed my Netgear Orbi system about 2 weeks ago and have been loving every moment so far. I have experience with the Eero mesh system as well and for me the Orbi is superior in every category. The only downside is that both the satellites and the base router are fairly large and not as sleek as some of the other mesh systems. The setup was easy and straightforward and the signal is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Simply the best

I always dread upgrading routers. They are clunky, unintuitive, and generally a pain to install. Orbi is none of those things. The install was incredibly easy and took mere minutes. The accompanying app makes managing access beautiful and simple. And absolutely the most important thing... my entire home is completely covered in STRONG wifi signal. I highly recommend the Orbi system to anyone who wants to make home networking easy.

Had dead spots of FIOS in my house (about 2800 sq ft). Once I added these to the network all the dead spots were gone. Recommended it to my parents, and they don't have dead spots in their house as well. Super easy to setup with great directions. Found out on Netgear support online how to setup with FIOS. Within 30 minutes of opening the box network was ready to go! Would recommend to everyone who needs whole house coverage!

Bought the Orbi on the recommendation of a friend who raved about it, and it does not disappoint. I live in a 4 story home so the goal was to have no "dead spots". The Orbi mesh system is provides the same speed on the first floor that it does not the rooftop. The app is easy to use and allows you to block certain devices, turn the wifi on off, run speed tests, and manage a guest wifi if needed. I would highly recommend the Orbi.

Rock solid whole home WiFi!

After buying my condo I did a lot of research on home networking. I wanted to make sure I had consistent wifi speeds in every room, and I wanted to be able to connect my desktop without having to run cables through the walls or the hallways. ORBI was my first choice and I haven't been disappointed yet. Super easy install and fast speeds all throughout my new home. I've been telling all of my friends and family about it, seriously!
