Great perfoprmance - easy to setup

System was very easy to setup. It's solved most if not all of the performance problems we've had in the house.Having a single network as opposed to multiple nets in the house has made moving around much easier and ended problems with devices picking up the wrong net by mistake. Performance was good even while using the wireless backhaul, but since I have Cat6 in the house, switching to wired backhaul has made the system great.

True Whole Home

Prior to our Orbi, we hade two separate routers as we have a lath and plaster home which bounced the signal and caused us to constantly switch from one WiFi to the other. With Orbi we now can move about freely with no worries of dropping the signal. Plus, I can keep tabs on the teenager and it off internet to his devices when I chose.
We're loving the better connection, and ability to limit the connection when needed.

Orbi is amazing. It is the quickest and easiest router that I've ever installed. I downloaded the Orbi app to my mobile device and had the system install completed in 5 minutes!
I have a 4000 sq ft house and there isn't a 'dead spot' anywhere. I used Orbi to replace a high end, dual band router that could only cover a portion of the house. I highly recommend Orbi to anyone needing reliable, whole house, wifi coverage.

Problem Solved!

I've tried two other wi-fi extenders and the reception in the rear extension of the house was always unreliable. My house is about 3500 sq ft, over 200 years old and has horsehair plaster and other items that likely contain lead. Superman would probably be safe if there was kryptonite in the next room! The Orbi solved the problem and the reception/coverage in the extension is full and fast. Extremely satisfied with the Orbi!!!

Works better than I thought possible

I am very happy with this Orbi router. The physical set-up was very easy, because the instructions were excellent. I ran into a problem where it would not connect to the internet at first, so I used Netgear's free technical support and the problem was resolved with one chat session. We are using it with Roku for online TV streaming and it has been fast and we have had no problems with it - doing downloads and live streaming.

Wi-fi coverage had always been spotty in our house. I tried wi-fi repeaters but I wasn't happy with the end result. I couldn't get decent coverage to my Ring doorbell. So I looked at the MESH options and like the Netgear's looks and rated performance and decided to get the Netgear Orbi. Setup was quite easy and took maybe ten minutes from start to finish. Now my signal to my doorbell is strong and the coverage overall is super.

Perfect for a Small to Medium Office

We purchased this to upgrade the signal quality of the wifi throughout our new office (long, rectangular setup with many smaller offices). It provides full coverage at full bars all the way from the parking lot in front to the patio out back, with no loss of signal inside any of the offices. Setup was quick and easy, and the advanced admin options were very straight forward and easy to access (like setting up static IP's, etc).

Great Whole House Connectivity

The ORBI was the easiest connections. Connection with the other multiple systems was challenging. My Hunter Douglas blinds are programmed through a HUB that connects to the router. I had to go through two of their tech reps before I was able to connect their HUB. Fortunately the TV, My Harmony Remote, Bose Sound Bar, Honeywell Thermostat, 2 iPhones and 4 computers are connected and working fine! Thanks for a great product!
