Excellent Product Overall

I went from a single router with a MoCA system to using the Orbi setup, and I now get full signal in my entire house! That is 5000 sq. feet if you include the basement. All that is with the main router and only 1 satellite. The only gripe I have to date is i can no longer VPN to work, but I opened a support ticket with Netgear to resolve that. I almost gave 4 stars for that hassle, but it has earned its rating overall.

I replaced my Apple Airport Extreme with the Orbi. The wifi field is so much better and larger I cannot believe how much better the wifi is. The apple router was like smoke signals at the router...they faded fast as you got farther away. My house is 3000 sq ft. I COULD NOT GET GOOD COVERAGE TWO ROOMS AWAY EVEN WITH APPLE ROUTER EXTENDERS. With the Orbi I came take my devices outside and ztill do just fine.... APLUS rating.

I purchased the Orbi system to upgrade my wifi. I had dead spots in my upstairs and hardly any signal in my far bedroom. Since purchasing this system I have no dead zones in my house. I even have wifi at my neighbors house at half signal.! My neighbors house is about 20 yards from my house. I even have wifi out in my detached garage. Cant say enough about how good his system is. Would purchase again in a heart beat.

Great Home Network

I didn't really know what the Orbi was but luckily my dad is a better with tech stuff. He told me about it and recommended that I try it since we moved out of our apartment and into a 2-floor home. Now we have perfect internet connection everywhere inside our house: every bedroom, every closet, even out front and back! It may be a bit pricey but sometimes it is worth shelling out a few extra bucks for quality equipment.

Solved all my problems

We have a fairly large 2 story house. I was using the Comcast wireless router with two TP Link AC range extenders to get coverage in most areas of our home. The problem was you have to change network wifi connections as you moved throughout the house as each extender had a different name and speeds were pretty pore. Orbi is sooooo MUCH better. Same connection name in all areas of the house and so much faster. Great Product.

Best money I ever spent

The best thing about this device is that it comes with an app on my phone and I can turn off my children's internet access. Now they have to come to me to turn on their device. It gives the power back to the parents in the household. You can turn off the network at bedtime and not turn it on until the chores are done! I say it is the best money I have ever spent...but my children say it is the worst money we ever spent!

quick, easy and it works!

Installation was quick and easy. Although I was impatient and had to go back and restart installation once. I put the main unit in the corner of the basement, one unit on the main floor above it, and the 3rd unit on the upstairs floor directly above the other two. Performance is amazing with some download speeds over 220 mbps in the most remote areas of the house. No more routers, boosters, etc. I highly recommend this.

Wish I Upgraded SOONER!

I was getting tired of issues with my old Apple Airport Extreme and after reading a ton of reviews, I went with the Orbi and man am I glad we did.
Easy to set up and when it was all done, I was getting WIFI SPEED that was like I was plugged directly into the modem. I have never seen speeds and "internet stability" like this in ages, and it is all because of the Orbi system! I just wish I upgraded to this system before!
