Nice Product

Did quite a bit of research on home WiFi mesh systems and decided to purchase the Orbi system. Only been installed a week, but very happy.
Set up was easy, and the system covers my 2200 square foot home easily.
I also like the styling of the units. I placed the satellite unit in our Great Room, and it just blends in on one of the side tables.
Nice product, easy to set up, and works well. What else can you ask for.

End of WiFi Woes

Bought it from Costco as a 3 pack last weekend. Was very easy to install out of the box using the app. Gives consistent coverage throughout the home including every corner, garage, and outside. Currently using router and only one satellite for a 3.3k sq ft home. Replaced a netgear 1750acs which was providing spotty coverage on the lower level of my home. Love the Orbi so far except the size and awkward shape. Too pricey

Our walls are all concrete

We owned a very nice one, was purchased in 2015, covred a very large home with no challenge. After selling our home, we moved to a condo, the walls are ALL concrete. Half the apt did not get reception, it was frustrating.
Our daughter , after getting too many complaints from us, recommended we explore ORBI, she has it, and is very happy with it. We bought it, and it is fantastic; no reception challenges any where.

Your tech support need attention.

Orbi is fine. Tech support telephone system is just MISERABLE!! 45 minute wait first night. Apparently everyone went home but I was repeatedly told "we'll be right with you" or some nonsense. The following day - two 45 minute waits to be connected to the wrong department twice and then a couple hours to fix the problem. Unbelievable! For some reason, I can't leave less than 5 stars above - take that with a grain of salt.

An extremely good Wifi

I set it up about a year ago and for the most part I haven't really touched it. My previous system would require the monthly reboot, or moving it to a different place to allow for a wired connection. Having ethernet available on each unit has been a lifesaver. It's fast its easy it just plain works. I could go on forever about why its a good product but simply put... its the only one i recommend for homes. Period...

Orbi WiFi

This system has been a blessing in keeping a household of many estrogen makers happy! This system also keeps my Beautiful Wife from burning up all our Cellular Data. The system sets up easily, the phone app is great. All very user friendly! Keeps everyone happy, so Dad gets more time taking care of other to-do-list items! When the TDL items are complete I can Stream U4K Documentaries & cooking shows with no lag or buffer!

Mesh networking is genius

If your Wi-Fi speeds are not up to par, I'd whole-heartedly recommend giving Orbi a try. We have been paying for Comcast Blast speeds, but weren't getting anywhere near them in our home. My bedroom in the attic only got 2-5mbps, and there were dead spots all over the place. After a quick and easy installation of Orbi, we get 250mbps+ throughout the entire house, which is over 3,000sqft across three floors and a basement.

First impressions

I have had the Orbi for about a week now and I love it. I have a 3 story house with a lot of dead spots. I went from an average of 50 mbs to a little over 300 mbs in my house. The setup is supposed to be easy and it is with the exception that it took a long time for my router and satellite to connect to my modem. I used to experience buffering all the time. I have not had any issues of buffering since I have had the Orbi.
