Whole house now under 1 wifi roof

Purchassed 1 X orbi RBR50 + 2 x RBS50 system and added an additional 2 x RBS20 to push out the coverage at the edges and now have massive whole house wi-fi coverage plus was able to add my additional 2 x NAS media servers to the bonus room and office for better distributed networking and media safety.
Love having all those extra network ports around my house without having to pull copper.

Great speed throughout the house

Prior to installing the Orbi I had a Netgear router and two Netgear extenders. Speed varied a lot depending on location, and a few locations in the house had barely any signal. Another inconvenience was that I had to look for best signal and manually connect to it. With Orbi I only use one SSID so we have seamless transition between all three access points. Extremely happy with my Orbi.

Tried others...Should have just bought Orbi first

I've tried many other gimmicky routers (8 huge antennas), wifi extenders, and the Linksys VELOP. None of those had the range, ease of setup and consistent performance of Orbi. Velop was pretty good, but had to constantly power cycle each satellite node as the speeds and connectivity always dropped after a few days. Velop did not give the flawless connection I've come to experience with Orbi.

Easy set, great coverage ! I set up 1 satellite along with the main unit and now I get coverage everywhere in my 3500 sf home, even the back yard.
Thats exactly why I purchase this set up. I also like the fact that I can control which devices are connected. At last count there were 42 different devices connected, mostly WIFI.
Highly recommend if you need good coverage and performance.

Review Orbi RBK50

This was easy to set up. Once setup internet speed is great. I have cox 300 MPS and get that easily and then some. The WiFi coverage is excellent in every room in my 3 story condo. I was originally debating whether to buy the google WiFi, but everyone I talked to at the electronics stores said Orbi was the best. I have to agree with that assessment. Thank you very much for a great product.

I shopped around and this seemed like the best fit for me. I get great internet speeds throughout the house. I did hard wire the satellite as well. I like all of the ethernet ports on the back - something many of the other mesh systems are lacking. I needed to plug in my Cat5 systemto this router and seems to be working well. Very happy with the system, and better prices than many competitors

Great coverage; Simple Setup

The Orbi system was as simple to setup as it gets and solved any wireless dead spots inside and outside of our home. I would recommend this to anyone looking at wifi solutions for thier home.
