Finally a router that works!

After 3 years of horrible connection in an older home built with lots of metal and thick concrete we have the best connection! The Orbi Tri-band system has made it possible to get all our devices to connect even down in the concrete basement and way out in our shop! The price was a bit expensive (but worth it), set up was fairly easy and the connection is amazing! Thank you!

We had lots of 'dead' or super slow spot throughout our house. I was skeptical this would help due to trying others that failed. Orbi was so easy to set up and speeds throughout are now consistent. I love that I can see all devices that are connected and can even suspend WiFi to different devices vs turning the whole house off. Thank you Netgear for this awesome product!

Simply The Best

I'm a low voltage contractor, I always have to have the best in my house and with my positive experiences it's much easier to recommend and sell top products to my clients. After reviewing all, and trying few different mesh WiFi systems, I'm glad I found the best. I definitely made the right decision. My WiFi is super fast, consistent and better coverage than other products.

Perfect For My Needs

I had a dead zone in the sun room that led to the pool area. Also have a security camera in my outside shed near the pool area. The Orbi AC3000 TriBand set of three was perfect for my needs. I now have full coverage in the entire house, outside around the pool. Grand kids were over this weekend with all their electronic gear and that were thrilled with the speed and "O" lag.

Easiest network setup ever. True plug and play. Hardest part was using that correct provided password. Enter the correct password, answer a few questions and the Orbi does the rest. Coverage is vastly improved and because of the extra built in Ethernet ports, I was able to remove a couple of stand alone hubs. System appears more stable and so far I'm happy with the speeds.

Solved all of my problems

Boy did I have dead spots in my house. For instance, our bedroom (completely across the house from my router) had no WiFi and I had to always switch to cellular when I was in certain areas of my house to stream videos. Once I installed the Orbi satellite in the room beneath our bedroom, it immediately gave me full service. I'm actually typing my review from the bedroom. :-)

Exactly what I needed

Before Orbi I could not stream video on the floor below where my old router was located. The so-fi signal was good but I could only get 1Mbps and my service was for 18Mbps. The Orbi was incredibly easy to set up, and I have full signal strength now everywhere in my ~4000sq ft home with no loss of speed. I also love that my network is easily controlled through the iPhone app.

Very Pleased

This review is for the Orbi AC3000 (came with one satellite). It was very easy to setup. My internet provider tech staff walked me through turning off the router in the modem and the Orbi took over as soon it was hooked up. Our internet previously was spotty upstairs and we had dropouts frequently downstairs. After installing the Orbi we have continuous coverage everywhere.
