Great Unit

Speed throughout my home is as fast as it is right next to the router. My home is only 1100sqft and this unit is for 5000sqft. Having the added wifi capabilities is a huge bonus. I can go outside in my backyard and use my amazon echo out there while smoking food and drinking some nice craft beers. Wifi works all the way to the end of my yard which is 75ft from the router.

Orbi wifi

It took me about 5 minutes to open review the setup instructions and install my orbi system, it's that simple. It works great as well. I was having a problem with my WiFi reception certain parts of my home especially my patio. With orbi my reception is excellent. I ran speed tests in all areas of my home and was at top speed in all tests Very satisfied with the Orbi

Easy setup - fast speeds

I was a bit concerned with changing my router, since I have a number of devices that can only run on the 2.4 Ghz band, and didn't think that the one SSID with dual bands would be accepted by those older devices. I was wrong! The devices, (light bulbs, etc.) hooked up and are running great. The set up was super easy and the speed is fast and consistent. I highly recommend.

AMAZING WiFi System! AS ADVERTISED

I purchased this system to replace a more powerful router and a WiFi extender and I have been pleasantly surprised. The drop in speed compared to my previous router was negligible and the improvement over the extender more than makes up for it. I use this system to cover nearly 4000 sq ft across the floors with no dead spots and great speeds with no additional satellites.

Simple and Powerful

I have had issues with my wireless in my oddly shaped home. Some areas I had written off as dead spots and even considered tearing apart the house to wire every room at great cost. With this mesh network I have everything I needed. Full house coverage for all the devices in my home and even wired ports for the room where the satellite is located. Perfect fit for my needs.

Great performance improvement

Had terrible bandwidth with my prior wi-fi router and satellite. Only getting about 40 Mbps out of the router and less than 20 Mbps out of the satellite. Streaming video just didn't work. Researched on-line, bought this system and now: over 110 Mbps throughout the house and 4 bars of signal strength everywhere, Couldn't ask for more. If you are shopping - buy this system.

RBK50 Awesome Review

Absolutely love our Orbi RBK50, as we're now able to access WiFi throughout our multi-level home without any drop in speed or performance. This review comes from an Engineer who's very particular and thoroughly tests new equipment, as I usually get requests from friends & family about tech equipment. I'm very happy with the Orbi RBK50 and recommend it regularly.

Excellent WiFi coverage

We just upgraded to the ORBI WiFi system and coverage in our tri level home has never been better. The main unit is in the office on the third floor, and the satellite is in the middle of the house on the second floor. The signal reaches into the first where our son plays online video games. Lots of high speed bandwidth everywhere. It's expensive, but worth the price.
