Set-up was not hard, but was time consuming so make sure your phone battery is fully charged and you do not have other work to do at the same time. Range appears to be very good, as I can still connect to the wi-fi while at the house across the street. I have 11 devices using the wi-fi at once and not getting any lag, that includes 2, 8 camera security systems.

Set up was very easy! We liked it so much we decided to get another one for a rental. My only suggestion is to be able to install one app on your phone and then be able to see two devices in separate locations. The router works wonderfully and it is easy to find all the information you need to make sure it is working properly. Great connectivity!

Great customer support, easy setup

2 speed bumps: one relating to ISP connection, the other to the satellite setup. But net gear support was accessible and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable, and in the end got everything working and speedy. App was quite well designed, apart from not being designed for fiber users.

Installation was a longer than expected time. Functions really well. Faster than my rbk15 which it replaced. No static routes available. No usb easyshare type port for using local drives as router attached backups.
