For a system that came out six years ago it holds up well even though the technology is not as fast as the latest available. Netgear has taken the time to really make their App experience very pleasant. I do wish their add-on’s were either included or severely reduced in cost as I would more than likely use them if that were the case. However, so far in my first weeks experience I am enjoying the hardware and software. If it starts to degrade or become worse I will update my review(or post a new one if I am unable to update my original post).

The Orbi Home Mesh WiFi System has been working extremely well for me. I am getting a strong wifi signal all through my house, garage and even deep into my backyard. It was easy to setup and configure. I definitely recommend this system.

Upgrade from WNDR4500v2 to Orbi AC3000 Mesh WiFi

This system replaced an old Netgear WNDR4500v2 router. Wow!! what a difference the new setup has made. My wireless speed tests went from 100+ Mbps to 300+ Mbps and I have coverage across my entire house without any dead zones!! I'm extremely happy with the upgrade, not the latest and greatest but is a noticeable difference and should last me until my next hardware refresh!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Mesh Network

This thing saved my grandpa from getting his house broken in to. Was able to set up and it took all of about 5 mins to get the router and 2 satellites working. Installed cameras and connected them to wifi. Caught the thief who ended up being one of the grandkids.
