Only 4 stars due to the satellite not as good as expected. It is approx 30 ft away from base but signal not as good. I thought they were supposed to be the same.

Had a few problems with setup that I had to go online to figure out (connecting simply safe system to the network). Now its working fine. Have simply safe security system, arlo cameras, and Eufy doorbell networked to ORBI.

Age 80. Weak internet often dropped printer and tablets. Installed this following directions from we code. Needed phone support to complete the activation and now have greatly improved speed and range.

Easy set up, great whole house coverage

Prior to purchase we had a router and 2 wi-fi extenders to service our house, which is a single story finished basement, but we have 2 additions with the original brick walls in between. Setting up the Orbi was quick and the coverage is awesome... no more wi-fi issues in the basement or additions.

Previously owned RB40 - had a problem with fluctuating ip addresses in the 3rd year. Purchased RB50 which has updated technology so that cannot happened. My reception throughout house is much better.

It took some work to setup but it is an excellent system. Tech Support on the other hand need to be more professional and have consumer skills.
