Not as good as ASUS AiMesh

It works well enough but I definitely prefer the features that AiMesh provides, such as the ability to bind devices on the network to one particular node in the mesh system. I also like how AiMesh tells you the exact signal strength of each device and the node it is connected to. Netgear doesn’t do either of those things. It also feels like AiMesh moved my cell phone between nodes faster while I was walking around the house in order to maintain a strong signal. Netgear is slower to handoff devices from one node to another.

Orbi setup was as easy as it gets. The Orbi app is a great tool to control everything this mesh router system does. We purchased a new brick house and our old router just wasn’t cutting it. Couldn’t get WiFi into the backyard, now we do with the mesh system. It’s great to have a mesh system where your device goes between the router and satellite seamlessly depending on where you’re at in our around your house. Very pleased with our purchase.

Upgraded to gig service and needed a system to handle it since frontier wifi routers only go to 100k. Works well and sets up easy.

I went wireless in my gaming room / office and this device fit the bill. The big selling point is the lan ports on the satellite device. Its just as fast as the LAN connection that i previously had in place. The mobile app is missing some feature hence the 4 stars. But definitely would buy again!!!
