Much better connection speed

Much better performance and connection speeds over old router. I can now take full advantage of my 200MB service. Video calls are smooth and never dropped. Only downside is struggling to connect older wireless printers. Keeps it from the 5 star rating.

Great Product

We have been using our Orbi system for a few weeks now and it has been great. Wifi signal is strong throughout our 2 story, 2,600sf home as well as outside. I took off one star due to the installation process. The app used for the installation process took a while to complete steps. Some steps would need to be repeated 3 or 4 times before it would accomplish its goal (connection, update, etc). It took me about an hour and a half to get through everything. Once up and running everything has been great though. Much better than the equipment supplied by our internet provider.

intermittent router service

I increased my service to 200mbps and i purchased this system to send my WiFi signal to my office in the basement, but I still get dropped out calls, video and phone.

ISPs love blocking

Tried everything even lan/bridging and could NOT get them to work unless coming off ISP router.

Great router

Fairly easy to set up, and working well in our home. I bought it to be able to share all network devices from a smaller game room off the garage and with the main house. No loss of speed apparent now but my connection is only 80 mb. It seemed to take a long time to sync the 2 Orbi devices, but once they were it was easy set up.
