Great wireless!

We were paying money for wireless coverage and speed that we were unable to get in our house due to a router that wasn’t working well. Replaced our router with the Orbi system and our internet is now super fast with very few interruptions!! Wish we had the Orbi system earlier!!!

Great When Not Disconnecting

I bought the Orbi RBK50 mesh system. It has great range and speed throughout my house. The only issue is that the wifi goes out for a few minutes once or twice a day. I contacted Netgear Support and made some changes to the settings. Its been OK for the last 2 days, but I need a longer test time to confirm. If that problem is actually solved, I would give it 5 stars.

This Orbi system is great. It unlocks my internet speeds beyond what I imagined. Blankets my home and spared ethernet instalation in my walls. Would have given 5 stars but system delaying my emails and text messages on my cell phone when connected to wifi through the mesh system.

This system is great! It has allowed my family the independence from having stable internet in just one room and is super fast. The app is amazing! Never had it been so easy to navigate the WiFi in our home. Highly recommend!

Netgear Orbi Home Mesh WiFi System

Netgear Orbi Home Mesh WiFi System was recommended to me by a friend that was more knowledgeable about computers, had researched routers, and purchased this system. I’m glad he recommended it! It was easy to set up. I placed the router on the main floor and the satellite upstairs. It provides coverage in areas of my house that were no longer getting WiFi service since my previous Netgear system was old, and during COVID there was much more usage. I did have an issue when I received an email instructing me to check for updates. I followed the instructions, but it kept giving me an error message. After disconnecting and reconnecting my phone it said there weren’t any updates. I also had one Zoom that froze due to poor internet connection on my end, but quickly recovered. And I will also need to check coverage in my basement, but it looks like I can add another satellite if needed. Overall, the system has definitely provided the reliable service that I need!
