Orbi RBK50 wifi better than ARRIS NVG599

The wifi is much better. The upload/download speed is between 85-95% of the ethernet connection with cat6 at 100’ to the modem. Startup is quick and easy - but I would like to have seen some written instructions on using the advanced configuration/feature rather than searching for it on the web.

Final streaming relief

DSL has been in our home for 20 years. Was told their speed would never increase. Switched to cable internet with our lovely Orbi and we are in streaming heaven.

Great coverage throughout my 2,500 sq ft home. Incredibly easy network setup. Robust connection. No issues whatsoever! I’ve read some negative reviews which are baffling because my experience is excellent! Thank you Netgear!

Best router I’ve ever had. Set up was easy and worked fantastic right away. Computer and tv streaming is a dream zero buffering. This is a plus living in a 2000 sq ft townhouse. Highly recommended!

The products were extremely easy to set-up and installed router and one satellite in 5300 rental home in OBX. Did not install a third because top floor is exposed to router with 20 foot ceilings to upstairs bedrooms. Speed is awesome and tested through ORBI mobile app. Also easy to set-up guest account. Will be purchasing for 2nd rental home in OBX along with primary residence.

Great coverage for the home

I have a two story home with dead spots that a gateway could not reach. The Orbi mesh system allowed me to cover the whole house. Also, I was able to connect my TV to the second unit using a CAT 8 cable for better streaming. Overall a terrific product.
