Orbi-liever!

My wife and I just moved into our first multi-level home and discovered the Wi-Fi does not cover the whole house. After extensive research, we decided to go with the Netgear Orbi rather than an extender since we don't want to constantly connect to different Wi-Fi networks based on what room we are in. The setup took 10 minutes and within 30 minutes, we had every computer/tv/gaming system connected and online. Speeds are consistent in every room of the house and zero connectivity issues. I have already convinced my parents to ditch their extender and let me install the Orbi in their house. Highly recommend to everyone!

The title says it all...Orbi is just simply amazing! What more can you ask for when you have felt a great sense of accomplishment from the superior product and results that you just bought and set up. It provides excellent performance, reliability, coverage, easy to use app and much more. Being in the wireless industry, I've came across countless vendors with different wireless meshing solutions from Cisco to Ruckus and I can tell you hands down, Orbi is the best you can get without draining your pockets. Bottom line, let this be the last review you read and stop wasting anymore time. Go out there and get your Orbi!

Problem Solved

I have a larger house and forever have had trouble with routers, extenders and other bolt-ons bandaids in the pursuit of a Wi-Fi network that is invisible. I mean one that your not tinkering with on a weekly basis because of poor performance at any moment. I was told about the Orbi and just gave it a try. I threw away the 3 extenders and instantly found that calm. I can't believe I am getting these speeds consistently all over the house, even the areas I was sub 30Mbps when I pay for more than 10 times that. The Orbi was so easy to set up and just works. I am impressed so far and will continue to monitor how it goes.

Great Router

This router was recommended to me by a tech guy who thought it would work well in my house. I have a 2 story home and I wasn't getting good signal in all of it. Also, I have a bunch of internet dependent devices all logged on and they weren't all working well. This Orbi solves my issues. I am getting internet that actually clocks faster than what I am paying for, each room is now covered, and all of my devices now work properly. Couldn't have asked for better. Finally, the app is a nice bonus. I love being able to turn the internet off of a specific device, create a guest network, Speedtest, etc. great purchase!

Finally WiFi everywhere

We have been using routers and extenders and still had dead spots and no WiFi outside. Didn't know about a mesh system and started researching whole home WiFi. Went down the rabbit whole on that search and ended up with the Netgear Orbi. Wow, we couldn't be happier we have the same speeds throughout the entire home and even in the garage which was never possible before. We all remember how awful these things were to setup in the past. NOT the Orbi it was a breeze. Took me about 15 minutes and we were up and running. If you are looking for whole home WiFi, look no further. You have found what I believe to be the best.

my first router

Using the app to set up was okay... so when i would start typing in the password and if i didn't do it fast enough it would kick me out and sad that i type the wrong password. once i got pass that updates didn't take to long. 5-10 minutes and then it was smooth sailing. I been using it for a couple of week now and can't complain. when i down load games on my my Xbox i would get the speeds that my internet provider gives me. i come to understand that to get the speed from your internet you need a rounder that can deliver it and i have to say this Orbi does. Happy to have a nice rounder that can give me what i am paying for

I was looking for a wireless router that could cover 2 houses that were side by side. I was not sure how or if it would work becuse it was for a houae upto 5000 square feet. I thought I would give the Orbi with the one router and one satellite a try. I am beyond happy with the signal strength and ease of use to set up parental settings for my kids. The apps that you can download make it very easy to change or veiw what is being searched on the internet. The internet speed with multiple devices using internet is not affected. This home wifi system is worth every penny. Go out and buy one if you need wifi over a large area!

It really works!!!!

For over a decade I've been struggling to get reliable WiFi coverage in the house using repeaters, changing routers, and even carriers. Nothing worked well and I put up with slow constantly buffering WiFi even though I am paying for 200Mbps service. After setting up my Orbi, my WiFi is now usable and doesn't buffer even when streaming HD to my devices. I'm getting my full value out of my internet service every month now. I'm finally using the full potential of my internet service. This mesh networking technology actually works as advertised. Above and beyond expectations. Simply Life changing and worth every penny!
