WOW it has it all and what a picture

Even though ultra HD is not the standard being broadcasted right now looking at the picture you would think you're in the movie studio sitting and watching the actors live.
Using the voice commands and pointer to make selections is really quick and simple. Nice feature of being able to control my cable box with the IR extended cable.
It takes a little while to get through the set-up process, but once its done you're glad since it all worked seamless. It checked for software updates and all my connections to ensure that everything was available.
The Curve was worth the little extra from the standard flat screen. No one has a bad seat in my house when watching shows or the Blu-ray player.

Had the product for couple weeks, like the picture quality , design and how you can fine tune settings to your liking, Did not like how the top corners are quite hot to the touch, it is real tricky to get the picture just right(preset picture mode not to my liking). Overall good tv except now wishing I bought bigger one ( have 55 inch). 3D is awesome. Speakers are a bit weak.
Pros: Realistic color

I am thrilled with my new purchase. Fantastic viewing experience. The live shows are great. The UHD content on the included UHD Video Pack is amazing.

Great Features but ...

This set has a great set of features. I bought it because of the great picture quality and the smart features.
Overall I am satisfied with the purchase the downsides are related to the web browser and the smart remote.
The web browser is Samsung proprietary and has shortcomings i.e. can't add extensions, the smart remote is a great concept but it's execution leaves a bit to be desired i.e. scrolling is an exercise in futility.

Originally, I was going to wait until there was more 4K content on the market prior to purchasing a 4K TV. I didn't want a repeat of my 3D TV purchase (i.e. one good movie once a year); however, I am really glad I didn't wait. This TV has an amazing picture when viewing 1080p content. It up-scales blu-ray movies to the point the picture gives you pause. I have also watched a couple 3D movies on it and those are up-scaled also (wait until you see Avatar on this TV...a-freaking-mazing!). Also, while it doesn't come with the one connect box, it does have a port for it so if the specs for 4K does changes, you've covered. I would gladly recommend this TV.

Industry not up to date with this technology

I chose Directv as my service provider and the technicians are not aware of the RVU built in DCCA interface that is needed to bake the tv work......
no one knows how to stream 4k-3D movies...
netflix has the best selection of 4k content.
