Does the job, but with some minor deficiencies

I enjoy the features of induction cooking: speed, uniformity, predictability, safety. This Bosch range does the job, is attractive and I have no complaints regarding function. I do think that some basic peripheral functions should be improved. The rangetop heat settings are difficult to see and there is no backlighting. The induction ("burner") locations on the stovetop are marked with a single stripe rather than a circle to indicate the diameter of the cook ware it is meant for. The characters on the oven panel are undersized for easy vision, and the top alarm volume setting for the kitchen timer is feeble (we set our old microwave timer to receive an audible "time's up" signal). These are matters of annoyance, but indicate a surprising lack of attention to basic ergonomics which make the use of a device pleasurable.

Better than expected

We are very pleased with the quick responsiveness of this cooking surface. The rimless design is very easy to wipe clean. It is easy to use, even before reading the manual.

Awesome Induction Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this range! Only complaint would be no warming center! Multiple panel locks, three adjustable oven shelves, boost boil, toe-kick warming center, and low profile to countertops are just the icing on the cake for this range!

Great Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nervous trying this new technology with pushbuttons rather than knobs for our stovetop. It has been fantastic working with it. It cleans up very easily. Its very easy to understand and use. The only confusing thing at times is the alarm that goes off sometimes when you take something out of the oven and put the hot pan on the stove.
The range is also very good and easy to operate. It heats evenly and is very fast.

The fan is very quite on both the vent and the convection.
Love the induction.
Don't love the placement of the induction burners on this model. Two big ones in back two small ones up front. Wish I k ew that. Installation so easy.

Love, love, love!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been cooking on electric stove for 40+ years and I've never had one cook so well including my last Jenn-Aire cooktop. Couldn't encourage anyone enough to switch to induction and of course who bakes without a convection oven?

Love love love
