Stylish range with a lot of horsepower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm just getting acquainted with this range since my kitchen renovation ended a couple of months ago. It is certainly attractive with its sleek lines and simple controls. The oven performed beautifully on its test of roast turkey, delivering a perfectly done bird at the expected time. A separate oven thermometer indicated that the oven temperature was accurately calibrated. The gas cooktop is taking more time to get to know after cooking with electric for many years. Which burner is best for this pot? How high a flame do I want? The large right front burner is very powerful and fast, but it is too large for many of my pots. The back burners seem designed for lower simmers. I wish the manual provided more guidance on how the burners compare.

Best range we've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally! We love our dual fuel range and the flexibility to cook with gas and bake with electricity. After years of putting up with horrible ceramic top electric ranges, we are finally in a home that has natural gas and we couldn't be happier. The convection bake and roast features produce succulent dinners and crispy and beautiful baked goods. The range is easy to use and a snap to use and looks fantastic in our new kitchen!

Ten years, no issues.

Purchased in 2009 for a builder-quality appliance upgrade. No problems or repairs (700 PRO dual-fuel). Installed the matching 500 range hood and vented to outside. Bosch 800 dishwasher also flawless and dead quiet.

Failed twice in 1 & 1/2 years

Three months after getting this range, the igniter started having issues one by one. One first failed to detect that it has been ignited, then all five of them keep clicking. Then second, third, and fourth one started having the same isseus, leaving one that worked. Bosch customer service agreed to repair, and the gas range was repaired. One year after it was repaird, it is now started having the same issue. Futher, the design of the range is such that it is extremely difficult to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really enjoying our new range. Bosch has added flanges on the sides that cover the counter gap which is a grea t improvement, and looks great. Cooking power is awesome, so far we are really happy with it.
