Great dual fuel slider

My Bosch Dual Fuel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I purchased our first Bosch Dual Fuel Range in 2014 after a major kitchen remodel. We also bought two other Bosch appliances for the kitchen. My wife loved that first Range. She liked the temperature probe feature, the warming drawer, and the roasting and baking options. And, of course, the great self-cleaning feature. After seven years and a lot of daily use, a couple components began to fail. We both agreed that the Bosch Dual Fuel Range was hands down the best available, so we bought our second HDI8056U in May, 2022. We could not be happier.

New Bosch Dual Fuel Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of my Bosch 800 series Dual Fuel Range. For me, Dual Fuel is the only way to go. Honestly, I haven't had it long enough to use all of the cooking options, but I have been very happy with results using convection bake. I love having the fifth burner on the stove top. I especially appreciate that the stovetop surface is stainless steel; it is so much easier to clean than the black enamel surface on my previous range.
I appreciate having 3 oven racks. The "grip space" feature at the front of the rack to facilitate pulling it out is great. I also appreciate that the warming tray can be operated with foot pressure, eliminating the need to bend over to open/close.
Overall, I am very pleased. My one small criticism is that the touch panel, which is located on the front of the appliance, is super sensitive. I find myself triggering functions by mistake just while cleaning the stovetop or cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the combination of gas and electric it is awesome to cook with. I am an avid cast-iron cookware collector and it's so great to be able to cook on gas with my cast iron cookware. It's a beautiful stove I'm so happy about it

Duel fuel stove/range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cooking stove top. The electric portion of the oven cooks a little fast, but I am planing for that as I prepare meals.
The digital clock constantly needs reseting for some reason.
I also hated the fact it took 7 months to get here from the time I placed the order. The retailer had to order a new door because the stove came in with a dent in it, hope it doesn't take 7 months to get here.

Bosch Range Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned my previous Bosch range for 18 years and was very happy with the performance. I do like my new Bosch range, however I roast alot of my food at a high temperature and have had some issues with the control panel. It has been replaced once and seems to be better now, but I believe have the control panel (i.e computer) right where the steam escapes when you open the oven door is not a good design. I am hoping my range does not have any further issues.
