They really honor their warranty

I had the Reach for almost two years (and it worked great) when one of the antenna plugs started to wear out and lose connection. Their customer service was easy to deal with on the phone and they replaced the whole unit under warranty. It's great doing business with an American company who takes pride in their products and their customer relationships. A rarity in the world of consumer electronics.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this for when I'm at dog shows or otherwise not at an RV Park with Wi-Fi. It's kind of a pain to pack and set up every time we relocate but the benefit of extra bars outweighs the PITA nature of setup/breakdown and packing. I found that the 3M tape didn't hold so I used another 3M Velcro that seems to work well inside the rig. Set up was easy and I'm mindful of the weather - I take retract the pole for T-Storms. Happy camping techies

There is zero difference in cell service.

First issue is that the product overheats if left on. Second, it does not increase cell reception at all.

Cables are to short for a suburban

Never got to use it. tried to install as they said in the manual and the cables are too short for a suburban it only comes with 10-foot cables and you need at least 20-foot cables so you can hide the wires. This setup is not for large SUV's or minivans

We have other antenna options that have longer cables, but we understand that this kit comes with a 10-ft. cable for the outside antenna and 10-ft. cable for the inside antenna. It works!

I travel locally and long distance playing 'augmented reality' games on my phone. Recently changed carriers and lost data service in some key locations. The signal booster was easy to install and accomplished my goal of providing good data service in important locations.

Great product

I had a 4G-M Drive and it took a swim, for some reason my truck leaked water under the dash and ended up burning it out. I purchased the Drive Reach to replace it, and so far very impressed. I love the upgrades of the SMA Connectors and made it easy to hook my existing antennas to it. I also love the new sleek power cord, no huge rectifier to get in the way. Looking at upgrading to the overland antenna to see if it enhances signal strength since I work out in the woods. The product gives me a consistent 2 to 3 bars down in the valleys that I travel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

In the products defense I have not had the time to call tech support and just verify that my installation is correct. I may have just been expecting more than the product is able to accomplish. I have several dead zones on a major rd in my area that I was hoping it would at least make it so I wouldn't drop calls in that area. Will update after a call with tech support
