Works as advertised- easy set up.

Would give 5 stars except for the power cord assembly attachment into the power supply. Barely, connects- and seems to have some dimensional challenges in between the cord and the power supply. Cord on Pin connector OD is a bit large for the ID allowance on the power supply. It connects; but is most easily dislodged by any nearby cord movement etc. Overall- the unit performs as advertised and we can now use our cell phones from home office without fear of garbling and or disconnect. Thanks

I recently purchased the Complete Home device for our metal office building. It was extremely easy to install and works great. We have not had a dropped call since installing the booster.

I just finished installing the Home Complete system. The actual install time wasn't too bad...I spent just as much tweaking my external antenna alignment. In total, it was 4-5 hours.
I wouldn't expect miracles, but this product 100% works...how well depends on where you are. I installed this in a fairly remote area of Maine. I went from essentially 0 signal / SOS mode to "2 bars" (bars aren't the most exact way to measure signal strength) and the ability to make/receive calls and use my phone overall. According to the weBoost app where the RSRP numbers are compared, I boosted my signal ~1000%...going from -126 to about -110. Signal strength fluctuates.
Make sure you read the installation instructions carefully...success depends on a number of factors
- Distance between external and internal antenna - Internal antenna facing away from external antenna - Internal antenna >24" away from booster - Internal antenna facing away from booster
Overall, I am happy with this. We can use WiFi calling, but when the power goes out (which it does regularly here), our cable internet goes out as well. The purpose of purchasing the weBoost was to make sure our phones worked here.

Just had this installed. I am in a cellular “Dead Zone” despite the carriers coverage map showing I am in a 5G UC zone! Never had more than 1 bar in my house. I now have a solid 2 bars and 3 in the main areas. What a difference! No more dropped calls!!! Wish I had purchased this years ago.
