Will not charge

I used it once last year and it worked great. I got it out today and plugged it in 8 hours ago and it is not charging. Now I have a bunch of refills I cannot use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery won't charge

The product works well when it works, now the battery won't charge. No blinking light indicating the device is charging when plugged in.

First heard of Thermacell while visiting my daughter and son-in-law in Maine, SOL uses the portable version while hunting and it keeps the mosquitoes and black flies at bay. (Mosquitoes in Maine are pretty much considered the state bird... lol ) Then they purchased the patio version for the deck and its been absolute bliss. I recently purchased my own Radius and its wonderful. Keeps the little flying vampires away. (('m very sensitive to mosquitoes and black flies. One bite is like a golf ball) Being able to enjoy the outdoors without smelling terrible and /or feeling greasy is terrific. Thank you Thermacell for giving me back total enjoyment of summer evenings by the fire pit !

Just used and the smoke coming out 30 minutes later and the mosquitos were still biting. No breeze was blowing

Refill nightmare
