Never worked! Waste of money.

I heard how great this product was so I bought 2 of them last year.One for myself and one for my brother. We tried it out and it just did not work. My nephew and his wife and 2 children came over to dig up some plants last fall and with Covid-19 we were going to sit outside and have some pizza. We lasted about 5 minutes before we went inside with everything because the mosquitoes were so bad. We tried many times after this to give it another chance but it never worked.This spring I charged it up to give it a second chance same thing.I don’t know how everyone can give it such a good review. We even made sure we waited for 15 minutes like they recommend.No difference. We really wanted this product to work.I guess it’s back to the mosquito coil for me!

I bought two of these last year and they worked beautifully. This year I bought the refills and charged them forever but the light just comes on then goes off. I even cleaned the connectors. Any ideas?

dont understand design

I set gadget in middle of 5' dia table. It seems improbable that the amount of repellent expelled from the unit is not anywhere near the amount needed to discourage mosquitos, and the density of the discharge is so thin it is easily diluted by even the mildest breeze

Does not work

Red light

I started it and lights blinked then red light appeared and then all lights shut down

Like but top cracked

We love the Radius and it worked great. Now the lid is cracked and won’t make a connection. Have no idea how that happened. Is there any way to replace? Product was expensive!

Keeps the bugs away, BUT

Received this as a gift from my Daughters and was very skeptical about the technology, which ended up impressing me at how well it worked. It definitely keeps the bugs away whether on our front porch or boondocking in the woods. BUT I believe it is made of the incorrect material because the plastic just seems to be falling apart. First the lid developed a crack then another, now the magnets that hold the top to the base have pulled out of the plastic and it will no longer make the contacts to operate correctly. Material grade needs to be reengineered.

And we're back outdoors!

This absolutely works. We're able to sit outside in the evenings and enjoy visiting with our friends. We've previously had traps we hung in the trees, lanterns we hung around the porch, scented candles, etc. Nothing has worked before this.
