So far so good!

Followed the charging directions and started it up 15 minutes before going outside - it worked perfectly. We live near wetlands, and it was SUPER warm and humid (I went out at dusk too). The mosquitoes usually DEVOUR our feet/ lower legs when we sit on our patio. With the Thermacell we didn’t get bitten at all. Love this device!

Perfect for that small outdoor hangout

In South Texas the mosquitos are really bad at the beginning of summer. I normally have a place to sit outside to smoke my cigars but around that time I cannot due to how many mosquitos they are. I purchased this a year ago and tried it out, had my doubts since I've tried other products and candles. I was very surprised at this little device, after a few minutes of it warming up, I did not feel or see one mosquito while I was outside smoking. This will be the 2nd year I use it and found out it wasn't charging. Sent a claim in (if you register it, they will give you an additional year of warranty (2 years total), verified a few things and end result, they sent me a replacement one for free. I've been a happy customer with the product and now with their support. I decided to purchase another for my rv to have when we camp out. I highly recommend this product for those small patio set ups or just to have with you.

Very happy with the unit's performance. However be aware! If you don't charge it regularly (even in the winter months when not in use) the unit will NOT take care charge and will become useless when you go to use it again. This happened to our two (2) units as well as to a couple of our friends' units. Be aware!

Actually works!

Mosquitos are out in full force this week - picked up the Thermacell 3 days ago and have enjoyed 3 bug-free evenings on the patio. The battery is very slow to charge. I think that some improvements could be made there.

E55 Can't Review it, can't use it

Purchased an E55 yesterday. I charged it fully and turned it on. Chasing lights then it turns itself off. Can't find any trouble shooting on the site. No trouble shooting with the instructions. Can't even write a review of it so I placed it in Radius gen 2.0. Don't buy this product!

Refill leaked all over

I was so excited to try the repellent but when I opened the box the liquid had leaked all over. I only have a cartridge 1/4 full
