The Thermacell literally saves us from having to go inside or spray ourselves with bug spray that doesn’t always work on everyone. In SW Florida, we have NoSeeUmms that can leave you looking like you have the measles after an hour. We use the Thermacells on the patio and they take care of those nasty bugs all evening.

Bought the Radius june 2020 used it for 3 months and was working perfectly but one year later the thing is dead. Can’t even charge it anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Device Crumbles

Used two of these all last summer and the seemed to help keep the bugs away. Broke them out of storage for the winter and found the top section had crumbled on both units. The magnets that hold the top section to the bottom fell out of the case. The top section no longer stays fixed to the top. Plastic seems brittle now.
Unclear if version 2.0 fixes this issue. Not certain I will invest in another set unless this issue is addressed.

Can’t charge, not even a year old

I bought this unit in June 2020, and truly loved it, purchased a bunch of refills for 2021, but now it won’t charge or turn on. Tried everything, new cable, new charger, nothing works
