Great product but INDOOR USE ONLY

Perhaps this is supposed to be common knowledge, but I was under the impression that this system was safe for indoor use. I bought this for a restaurant and I was severely disappointed to hear !for the first time! that it isn't to be used indoors. Thankfully, it works wonderfully on our outer deck and definitely cuts back on annoying mosquitoes during peak dinner hours, but I'm still looking for a safe indoor product. I suggest putting on the information page, in big bold letters, that it is only for outdoor use so that someone doesn't accidentally take this inside without reading the pamphlet (which I'm glad I did).

Northern Wisconsin mosquitoes

I bought this on my way to my cabin in the north woods. I knew that there was a strong possibility of bites. I set up this little device on my unscreened porch and was shocked at the efficacy. Very few visitors while on the porch. Very many visitors outside my “radius”. This is a very effective device. Since I have older thermacell products, the recharging ability makes this almost perfect.

Great Patio Unit that works

This year has been a bad year for Mosquitos and has made it uncomfortable to sit outside. I purchased this unit before a family BBQ and I can say this thing made a world of difference. At first I thought maybe the Mosquitos weren't that bad that night so I was still skeptical. I decided to bring it to a soccer game and leave it on the bench. Well this was truly the test. The Mosquitos were out in force that night so I turned on the unit. Within 10min no more Mosquitos. When we looked at the other team they were getting eaten alive and kept spraying insect repellent. We had short sleeve shirts and I can tell you no one on the bench got bit. I have since recommended this unit to my friends and they have had the same results we have had. There is nothing out there for the price that does what this unit does. Thank You Thermacell for finally inventing an item that truly does work. I'm not sure about the radius but if your sitting on an average size deck one unit works perfectly.

My wife is not mechanically inclines just push a button and it works.
I got the Patio model for our back Patio I work it. We love them both we in the heart f Mosquito country too.
Need to put some refills for both on sale!!!

It just plain works.

I originally purchased the gas cartridge powered model, (which also works beautifully) but ordered this model to see if it would be any less expensive to operate. I believe that the Radius 2.0 is less expensive to operate. It just plain works! turn it on and BOOM no mosquitoes.

This summer has been horrible. I am a mosquito magnet, and I was getting eaten alive on the deck, even in the day. Now.... on the deck, at dusk.... mosquitoes? What mosquitoes? No muss. No fuss. No fuel cartridges, no smell, and NO mosquitoes!
