Just purchased 2 of the radius units. I am disappointed that refills are not available in Canada. And we can't order from manufacturer

Refill Cartridges NOT available!

I bought this a month ago with a 12 hour cartridge included. Worked great but now I can’t find a refill anywhere which makes the product useless! Very frustrating!!!

I love my Radius but I can’t get refills anywhere. Everyone is out of stock and every store has the same answer, they aren’t getting any from the manufacturer any time soon. I’m not sure what’s going on with the supply chain right now, but I’m sure that there is a lot of money going to other lesser products right now.

I now own a total of 5 of these devices and could not be more happy. Safe. Effective. Convenient. Read the (legit) reviews - wirecutter, rei, gear patrol - and do some research on Metofluthrin and you will never use citronella, deet, or bug zappers again... (no affiliation just a happy customer)

The battery wouldn't charge tried cleaning ends, nothing.

Works pretty well the first time. Battery holds a good charge. Repellent cartridge depletes fairly quickly. Practically worthless if it’s breezy outside.
