Great product, exceptional customer service.

Product works great. Bought it last year for a camping trip. Went to charge it for our upcoming trip and the unit was dead. I saw on here people were having the same problem so I emailed Thermacell. Less than 48hrs later I got a reply. The rep told me that they would send me a new Radius and that it would be in the mail on monday. Tuesday comes and i get a knock on the door from UPS delivering my brand new blue Radius. Thank you Thermacell for great customer service and for standing behind your product.

The refills do the job. I haven't put a timer on them, but I can get a good number of evening garage sits in with just one refill. I ordered three to keep my evening garage sits pleasant and enjoyable for quite some time.

Good while it lasted; stopped working after 1 year

Bought this last summer for our camping trip. Worked well. However, it won’t take a charge this year and or turn on. Noticed this after purchasing two refills. Not an inexpensive unit. Disappointed.

The refill cost to much, it cost half of what I paid for the system!!!

There is good and bad. The good: this product works great. It is small, easy to use, and keeps the bugs away. The bad: the refills are expensive and do NOT last the stated amount. You will at best receive only half of the time on the package.
