This works perfectly! I love that it's so compact and nice looking. You can charge it and you can run it plugged into a USB port. It's something people don't even notice sitting on the picnic table. There's no smell and definitely keeps the bugs away. It doesn't have those nasty pads like the old motels do nothing gets on your hands. You just pop open the top snap the fuel cell in and your done. No leaking either! So can you tell I LOVE this thing?? It's a buy for sure! I'll be getting more for friends!

my thermal cell is not charging

i just bought this and the moment i tried to charge it it wasnt working. no light was going off. it looked completely dead. i charged for a whole day but didnt seem like it worked. i was wondering if theres anything you guys can do to help me because i really need this product to work!!
