Bought this model as it seemed to be a newer better product than The previous models. It came with a 12 hour cartridge and seems to work well. My issue is that no that my cartridge is empty I cant find replacement cartridges anywhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have tried it out a couple of times so far, and it does seem to make a difference. Last evening we saw a couple of mosquitoes approach us and then fly away - they left us alone! So far we are impressed!

Stopped Charging

I bought this last summer and used it at the lake. Worked well to repel but no longer charges after only two uses.

It keeps the majority of mosquitoes. Branding wore off after second use and refills are a little too pricey.

Purchased this product via Amazon last July. Used it a few time. (not enough to really see if it worked)
This year I purchased a few refills at Home Depot but when I went to use it the unit will not charge.

Very effective at keeping mosquitoes away from approximately a 20 square foot area.
The only negative review I have is the battery life. 2 hours is the maximum amount of time I’ve been able to use the unit before the yellow charger light comes on and battery needs recharging.
