Lasted one season...bought 2 w cartridges....spent a lot...after one season..they cracked..the plastic cracked !!! On its own!! Aaand only one holds a charge...other doesnt work st all..dont waste your money

I’m normally a mosquito magnet, to the extent that other people basically use me as a mosquito repellant for themselves, but this has kept bites to zero so far, even during long evenings outside. Super easy to put together, and charges easily.

Product reviews indicate serious charging problem

I was ready to buy one or more of these based on an independent article that recommended it. Then I started reading these reviews, most of which indicate serious problems with charging and not working. Why would a company continue to sell something that obviously has a serious flaw? It appears that the device is effective when it works. I suggest that Thermacell takes this off the market while fixing the problems with the battery and charging process.
