VERY hard to find refills.

Product works great but extremely hard to find refills. Few stores carry them and are always not available.

I now own a total of 5 of these devices and could not be more happy. Safe. Effective. Convenient. Read the (legit) reviews - wirecutter, rei, gear patrol - and do some research on Metofluthrin and you will never use citronella, deet, or bug zappers again... (no affiliation just a happy customer)

The battery wouldn't charge tried cleaning ends, nothing.

Works pretty well the first time. Battery holds a good charge. Repellent cartridge depletes fairly quickly. Practically worthless if it’s breezy outside.

This is works great! I have recommended this to many people. However, just like a lot of customers on here the refills are Impossible to get. Are they even making them anymore?

I use it in my yard in the evening so I can actually sit out there. Reduces the mosquitoes which visit me by 90%. I wish they had a refill system for that repellent in there, but if it had to be pressurized I'd understand. Just seems wasteful to toss away that plastic container each time I need to refill it.
