Works like a charm!

Got this a couple weeks back and it works great. Was really surprised by how effective it was until I had realized that after about 15 minutes I had not had to swat at a mosquito to get off of me. Definitely worth it's weight in gold.

We’ve been enjoying our back deck much more so since I gave it to my wife for Mother’s Day. If it is breezy we don’t use/need it. To test under routine conditions, the mosquitoes return within minutes after turning off. I was taken aback when reordering the cells after having paid $7.99 each for three 12 hr units , then realizing that $19 for 40 hrs was similar value .
If I am to complain, it would be the clumsy access to the charging port ,and too, the short cord for that.
All said, I don’t complain about mosquitoes so much this season as I have in the past. Thanks!
Btw, I saw complaints about the battery life , but we found that to our advantage as we are still training ourselves to bring it in with the dishes and such...

Great product

This product works great but does take longer than the butane to heat up the repellent. I would sacrifice some battery life to have a faster and hotter output. I would also add some type of side fastener to hold the top on better than the magnet.

It doesn't charge anymore

I bought this last year and it lasted only one summer. I bought a refill yesterday and tried to use it. It wouldn't charge or turn on. This is not a cheap product to last only one year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
