bought several months ago still can't bluetooth to work. And when I use wifi it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to print! poor quality

I have to physically take it to a a place with WiFi. Previous Hp printers would print from Bluetooth from my phone. Tech support was great, but not fruitful.

It probably took me 1 hour total to unbox it, set it up, and connect it to my devices by downloading the app. I was pleasantly surprised by the resolution and color quality of my first prints and the cute sounds the printer makes. I have had a couple issues with formatting my artwork to be the correct size when printed, but I'm sure practice will make perfect. Overall, I am happy with my purchase- especially for the price. The printer is also stylish looking compared to other printers- with or without the cover.
