I spent many hours to get a wireless connection with my computer and finally phoned HP for help and got connected. Response to Print key on computer seems marginally slower than previous model.

As mentioned above, I am not able to use the printer wirelessly. this is a pity because in other respects the printer performs very well in the tasks I have set in that it has printing efficiently via ethernet cable (which, of course, I myself had to supply) and copies well.

When it works it's fine, but it requires rebooting every morning before it will print. Also, if I power off, the closing down procedure never ends (>2.5 hours and still closing down). Very frustrating! (2 x Win 10/Ethernet only currently, WiFi not really needed.)

I received email advice from HP that this model would be the best for high quality photographs. Very disappointed that the results are not as good as my previous HP printer which this was bought to replace. Very unexpected and disappointing.
