This does not compare to my old 932C. It was virtually impossible to connect directly (wired). I went through this attempt and went around in circles and that was with HP help. It is slow to start. There are virtually NO changes that can be made to the quality of color or depth. It became impossible to have page one printed first. In point of fact a 3 star is generous given its limitations.
prints and scans fine. the eprint/email function doesn't work. cloud services was unable to fix it (after several hrs)because it's an in house sys problem. after reading the forum section of troubleshooting, it seems like this problem has been around since 2019. you should change your marketing of this printer
The scanning device for this printer is a paper feed scanner, so you can't scan anything thicker than a paper sheet for example a passport or an id, I returned the printer and changed it for another one.
