It took a bit to get it working with new Mac but support was excellent. So far it works as advertised. Not as fast as my desk jet pro was but I’m older and slower too

It takes a long time to print. But I don’t use a printer often. So it will work me. Does print nicely, although I have had a problem printing from certain programs. All in all in if you don’t use a printer often, it is a good buy.

Box had been open before by all the tape must have been a return. Hard to setup and the scanner was missing a driver that you could not load. Scanner would print nothing but a solid black print out. Used a lot of black ink. I like the small size. I returned the printer yesterday but reordered another one, hope this one works must better. Give it a 3 star because of the scanner.
