installed printer nd worked well. Printed a backlog of items we had due to shipping of a new printer. 3 days later could not connect via blue tooth. Over the next 3 days spent 6 hours with geek squad trying to get printer to work. finally they deleted the printer and re added it.. printed one page and turned off and on and could not find or connect to printer again. 2 more calls to geek squad that gave rediculous answers.. have to wait for in house service for a technician to come out and look at printer.. that was less than a week old when the trouble started

Initially had problems setting up printer for WiFi use, but problem resolved itself. There’s also no two sided printing, a waste of paper. Otherwise, it’s not the best for the price but it works.
