Product is fine. Intended use is for occasional printing. But the automatic setup with the wifi router has one defect. It could not complete the setup because my purportedly router operates at 5 Ghz, but the printer is limited to 2.4 Ghz. This led me to a multiple hour research of the problem. It turns out that the router operates at both 5 and 2.4. I merely had to press the SWP button on the router for a few seconds. Now it works.

I got this up and running after several attempts. Unable to print anything at first. Then I finally got the WiFi to cooperate and it then did print, but moved like a turtle.
Copying an already printed sheet goes very well. Only reason I purchased was my old HP printer began jamming paper and I was unabke to correct the issue. On line assistance was not helpful either because you no longer make the printer I had been using. Sadly I have 2 unopened HP 60 cartridge XL black)t hat now are of no use because when researching new printers I could not find any other hP printers that used 60's :(

Problem is when scanning, the paper goes in the little slot crooked and it really messes up the scan. We bought this for my wife's 87 year old mother and she mostly scans so this is not the best printer for her as she just can't get the paper in straight.

The printer is very quiet (good) and VERY slow (not so good).
I discovered after buying the printer online that there is no way to scan anything thick (like a magazine cover) or very small (such as a small picture).
