I have had several HP printers. All were easy to set up. Not this one. I had to hire someone to set it up and it took this person almost an hour to set up. Directions are very confusing. What happened to the time one could activate by downloading the driver? Every time I hit one of the buttons, a sheet of paper was printed with information that did nothing to help understand what was needed. I wish it worked as promised. It is EXTREMELY slow.
I can't really give a review because I can't get the ink cartridges to stay in when I try to install them. I'm not quite sure about the instant ink program. You have to pay for printing so many pages after printing a certain amount? I've never heard of that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had it almost 2 weeks and it’s been working fine except the time it printed something Random I didn’t send and the few times I takes a while because it’s “looking for printer” other than that I’m satisfied. Also the representative are helpful so that’s reassuring
