Nobody's fault but mine. My printer died and I was desperate for a cheap fix. I had to order the next unit up with more features such as open-top capability and contrast controls. It's great if you're not doing anything creative and simply copying.
Do not like this printer. It is very cheaply made and definitely not recommending it

I really like this all in one printer it’s big enough for your printing jobs and small enough to fit in a small space and my most favorite is the ink is always, always on time thank you.
