[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2-3 weeks ago and this been one of my best investments, loving all the features, especially the mobile fax and best of all i don't have to be worrying about ink thanks to the instant ink service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 3-in-1 has great features for the price but is very slow and the instructions to scan leaves me bewildered. It was easy to set up and start but it runs very slow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi, Marilyn.
Thanks for the review and the feedback. While I’m glad to hear that you like some of your printer’s features as well as the price, I’m sorry to learn it has caused you such inconvenience through slow printing, and the instructions for scanning are difficult to follow. With that in mind, I’ll offer some information and resources that I hope will help.
Regarding the slow printing, often just updating the firmware can help. You can find out how to do that here: - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02919168

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the printer for 2 weeks now. Love it. Just using it for simple black and white invoices for work.
I dislike the scanner on this printer HP Deskjet 3755, kept jamming, scratched picture I was trying to scan, I prefer the flat bed scanner over this one any day, other wise it's slim line and doesn't take up as much space,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
