I bought this Desk Jet 3755 on the advice of Naomi (I think that was her name) that it would hook up to my computer and it won't. I need a cord that goes from the printer to the computer which has a 25 pin connector. Can you help me?

Hi, Glenn.
I’m sorry you’ve encountered difficulty getting your printer hooked up to your computer. I can understand how that would quickly become frustrating, so I’ll offer some resources and information I hope will help.
First, you shouldn’t need a cable to connect the printer; it works with your computer wirelessly. You can find setup guides, troubleshooting tools (including ones on setup and wireless issues) as well as user manuals and video tutorials for your computer here: - support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-3700-all-in-one-printer-series/8954253/model/11262035
If the printer won’t connect, or if you believe a cable would work better for you, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can guide you through the proper assessment and troubleshooting. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'm sure it's a great quality printer, but not what I am used to working with, as a senior citizen. It's lightweight and very compact in size, which I am sure is great for someone using this printer for a business application involving travel and WiFi. My use is personal and at home with USB cable, so the wireless capability will not be used, which eliminates me from the replacement ribbon program. There were very clear set-up instructions in three languages, very helpful, but no owner's manual, just a page explaining the indicator lights. It took me one hour to figure out where and how to insert pages for scanning and copying. The scanner is great, but the copies are very, very slow and must be hand-fed and only one item, even if small, can be copied at a time. I'm used to copying, bill, check and envelope all on one page when paying bills.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a HP model 4632 which was more than I needed at the time and the print stopped working properly and needed just a unit that I could use just for my needs and found 3755 fit the bill perfectly and the price was very good and being it was still a HP all made me very happy. Thank you very much for your product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent 2 hours trying to connect the printer to the Wifi and my computer. I eventually was told by a friend to download the Driver on the HP website. So not an easy setup for me. But then the black printer cartridge indicated it was empty. I reinserted the cartridge several times and even installed a brand new cartridge to no avail. The few test prints that came out in between rebooting the printer were faintly colored and illegible. After 10 hours struggling with the machine, I returned it for a different product.
Maybe it’s me, but it worked great then a few days later I couldn’t get a connection even though nothing changed with my WiFi. I don’t enjoy spending a lot of time fiddling with technology so if I can’t get it going tomorrow back it goes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not impressed at all.Printer didn't have USB cable to hook printer to computer. Tried and tried to hook it up thru WiFi with no such luck .Had to go online to download and install Printer and driver. It should of came with a disc for all that.I can buy a better printer for less money and get all the software and hardware with it.
