Not great!

I bought this about a month ago and I am not very happy with it. It is difficult to connect and stay connected to my laptop. I am not sure if because I don’t have Microsoft office installed on my laptop that’s causing the malfunction. Wish I could return it but in this pandemic it is quite difficult.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing

I bought this product 5 months ago. It has been disappointing. The keybourd has a cheap feel to it.
The alphabet letters on the keyboard are fading badly after only 5 month, and I do not do a lot of typing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a few weeks ago and it is replacing a larger unit. I am totally satisfied with the product and the smaller size with the usual copy and scanning options is a bonus.

Great Little Printer!

I bought this printer a few months ago and I'm glad I did. It is small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of space, and is light so you don't hurt yourself carrying it. The colour is beautiful on paper once its printed. I love the scan function to and it all works so easy with the HP smart app. The only thing I'm not fond of is that when you print something in colour it is pretty slow, but other than that is a great little machine for your printing needs!

Great design but quickly ran out of ink

I printed perhaps 20 coloured pages and the cartridge ran out of ink. Really like the printer - it has a bluetooth feature, great design, but it would be cheaper to purchase a new one rather than buy ink cartridges so I worry about landfill issues.

Terrible printer and support

Purchased printer with new laptop and it is terrible. Prints when it feels like it, prints part of a page or only some of the pages. tried HP support and additional support - after hours, did nothing for me .
