[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a 10-year-old previous version of the same model. The first new unit was warped and had a defective seal, but after the dealer worked with Maytag support, it was replaced with the unit we have now. We have had no problems so far with the replacement unit.

Good freezer

The only thing lacking is a bottom drawer for meats,, etc. There is a short barrier meant to contain items from spilling out (or so I assume) but it is too short to be much benefit. That all being said, I would buy this again.

Great Freezer

Cold and Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an aging very loud and variably cold unit and couldn’t be happier with this Maytag. It stays reliably cold and is so quiet. I bought a Maytag because the name has always stood for reliable performance and long life.
