Excellent choice-design-trustworthy name

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased a month ago to add needed badly frozen food space to the small chest type unit. It is a breathtaking view of items that are easily seen with the bright lights and well designed storage racks, shelves and lower pullout basket.
It is so easy now to find what is needed at the moment and to inventory what needs to be
added on the next shopping trip.
A great value for the price paid!

Quality Control Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as it should. The top is has a bulge in the middle making it hard to level and very surprised to see the nameplate crooked. Proud to buy a Michigan product, sorry to see lack of Quality control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this freezer nearly 2 months ago. Unit appears as advertised -- no surprises. As expected, in comparing it to last unit of comparable size and price, which lasted 34 years, this unit seems under-powered (motor noises, while tolerable, exceed those of prior unit) and unlikely to last longer than its 10-year compressor warranty. Bottom shelf lacks pull-out drawer, which reduces storage capacity. Overall, an okay purchase given price.

Great option to change side of door opening

Good efficient freezer

Worst piece of junk

I have had the freeze 4 months and it just went out for the second time. Costing me hundreds in lost food for a second time. First time it went out it took over 3 weeks to be fixed. Save your money buy a frigadare
