Poor Communication to company

The freezer is as described, installed by competent men, but there are 2 scratches on the door, which the installers showed me. I was given a card to call to report this, but after several calls to the number given, there has been no one who answered! I probably would have given 5 stars if this issue had been easily fixed. I will keep trying to call....

Perfect freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus far I’ve loved my Maytag freezer. It keeps my everything frozen perfect. And its storage racks are convenient spaced how you want them. Especially like the green light that lets me know the freezer is functioning properly. No complaints.

Freezer for the home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Maytag frost- free freezer, 18 cu.ft. on 05/15/2026. I read the reviews on it and they were mostly good.. I feel Maytag is a good brand so I made the purchase. I've only had it for a few months and it has been great. It freezes fast and it's very quiet. It holds the temperature steady. It's the perfect size for my wife and I. We like buying in quantity when possible and I grow a garden,so we can keep things frozen for the long haul. I recommend this freezer and Maytag as a company.

New Freezer purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer is good with ample storage space. Overflow of insulation in door kept seal from making contact with top of freezer cabinet so frost and ice icicles formed on inside top. Used a knife to cut lumps of insulation off, flush with door panel so the rubber seal would seat on freezer cabinet. Seems to be working fine now.
