Better than nothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to pick from what they had in stock. It’s ok. Feels like I am missing a shelf. Not as much shelf space as previous refrigerators. Only three shelves but has brackets for four!

Good Fridge, Poor Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance is very spacious for the fridge but there is hardly any space for products in the freezer.
Because of this, my wife is forced to cut the poultry in smaller sizes and squeeze in before storing. We do not buy meat at home.

Average refrigerator from Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a second refrigerator. Whirlpool based on excellent experience with previous 2nd refrigerator, also a Whirlpool, which we used for 28 years. At first glance, the new refrigerator is a more basic version of what we had -- which is fine for our purposes -- while we had expected a bit more from Whirlpool. Specifically, lack of a drawer in the upper/middle part of the refrigerator, typically used to store smaller items, is a noticeable miss. The freezer is also noticeably smaller due to lack of shelves in the upper part of the door, and also due to lack of a quick-freeze shelf.
None of this is a showstopper, especially, for a second refrigerator, but had expected bit more from Whirlpool designers. It's a pretty basic refrigerator which seems OK, otherwise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice refrigerator, but poor manuals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with the performance so far; bought it about a week ago. The manual needs some thinking through. For one, there is no reason to create a black and white pdf, add some color. I can’t figure out ice maker settings, there are 5 styles and the manual doesn’t show what style I have and black and white illustrations are poor. The manual doesn’t have instructions for the front access panel. They are written selfishly and shows laziness; go an extra mile, make it more intuitive, colorful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product, roomy freezer and refrigerator
