Wouldn't buy it myself

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with the house. It is the base model and doesn't have a deli tray and there is no after market parts to put in one. Also they left one shelf out. I imagine they did this to save money. If you want a cheap bargain basement fridge this is your go, but if it didn't come with the house I would never have purchased it for my home.

The compressor is loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and when we hooked up the water it leaked all over from a valve in the bottom of the refrigerator. I have a service calll in.

IT RUNS CONSTANTLY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the refrigerator, BUT IT RUNS CONSTANTLY. I do not open the door more than 6 times per day, and I am in and out quickly. BUT IT RUNS CONSTANTLY. I have had it checked, but they had no idea what to do about it.

Horrible Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very basic model. nothing special. Lots of moisture build up on the shelves and glass jars, even when the refrigerator is set at Ideal settings. Called the service department to come out and check the unit - sent a young man who never looked at it and just left because I didn't have a receipt. This refrigerator came with my brand-new home, I wasn't even able to explain this to him, and he just left! I wouldn't recommend this unit or Whirlpool to anyone after this.

Not so cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about two weeks ago. The appearance is good, however the refrigerator when running is loud. I also don't like the location of the ice paddle and water refill paddle. Every time you go to refill ice in your cup, you hit the water paddle and water goes everywhere. I'm not a fan of the design.

WHERE DID ALL THE FEATURES GO? TOO SMALL INSIDE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced an older model Whirlpool side by side that was exactly the same exterior dimensions--but it is at least 20% smaller on the inside, with fewer features like drawers, and fewer shelves. Really weird. The older one had a bigger icemaker, more shelves in the door of the freezer. I could go on and on, but whoever decided this was a better design needs to think again.
