Item stopped working zero cooling at 10 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this I'm 10 months ago still under the one-year warranty. The fridge and freezer are not working forcing me to throw food out. This is costly and very stressful, food is too expensive to waste. What happened to whirlpool products standing the test of time?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best fridge I’ve had!! I love how this fridge does not leave fingerprints and has humidity control. Only critique I have is that one of the glass shelves is a bit flimsy. Other than that this fridge is great for my new home and it looks great!

My new side-by-side refrigerator.

And I only spent a little more than what I purchased my last refrigerator 10 years ago. Looking forward to a long, long relationship with this baby!
