Multiple issues and failures

Flimsy drawers; cracked broned ice dispenser at -17C (brittle plastic, too close to the tray. Day 27, confirmed that it is keeping food at 11-12.9C. Dropped to 2C, it lowered overall to 8. yes, milk went bad...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Defective Appliances Best Buy Won’t Respond

We recently purchased 3 appliances via Best Buy, the cafe collection fridge, stove and dishwasher. We also selected the service through Best Buy for a plumber to set up the dishwasher and the water line to the fridge.
MULTIPLE ISSUES; first the stove that arrived, we saw 2 random screws in the bottom of the oven as if they’d dropped out of somewhere (not comforting) the fridge has a defective part, and the dishwashers kick plate is dented. Now the issue with the plumber that was sent by Best Buy…. Extremely unprofessional, swearing the whole time, scratched our wood floors (huge scratch down the middle of our kitchen about 5 ft long) was not able to figure out the fridge line using our reverse osmosis tap, and improperly installed the dishwasher as the kick plate was restricting the door from properly opening and shutting.
Reached out to Best Buy on the day this had all happened and STILL have now heard anything a week later after spending over 10k on these appliances. BUYER BEWARE!!
